Nysha Bunhu is a highly motivated and driven Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Principal Consultant of a CPA Ontario registered Accounting Firm, and non-profit (NP) Volunteer. She is a seasoned Internal Audit/ Internal controls professional with over 25 years progressive experience. She started out as an Audit trainee at a Big Four Accounting Firm - Ernst & Young, and has worked in various positions and industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Real Estate). Offering a comprehensive background in financial accounting, budgeting & forecasting, auditing, internal controls, business strategy as well as strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills. Passionate about working with and advancing causes within the Black community.She has been the treasurer of the Zimbabwean United Methodist Church in Toronto and recently founded a non-profit program that offers mentorship and tutoring for girls in accounting called Girls Who Count”.
